无源液压皮带自动纠偏机的工作过程

皮带向一侧跑偏后，皮带会搭触在纠偏机检驱轮上，带动检驱轮转动，与检驱轮连接的油泵开始旋转工作，系统由此获得动力。液压油通过液控阀、油缸推动调心托辊转动，皮带跑偏得以纠正。无源液压自动纠偏机是一个完整闭式系统，整个工作过程完全自动化。皮带不跑偏的情况下，本产品不工作。无论纠偏机是否正常工作，对皮带机运行都无损害。
A 型产品的应用范围：DTII、TD75型固定皮带机。

A 型产品结构特点：液压系统是最常见的无源液压自动纠偏机液压系统布置方式，具有结构简单、实用的特点。它有一个集中供油的中央油箱，油缸回油至中央油箱，皮带两边的油泵分别从中央油箱中吸油。

A 型产品的不足：由于无源液压自动纠偏机的检驱轮的转速都不高，加上所用的齿轮泵自吸能力不强，在冬季低温环境下液压油粘度大幅增加后，远离中央油箱的一端的油泵自吸困难，系统进空气造成故障。这是现在液压纠偏装置普遍的技术短板。

A 型产品改进：我公司在以往的经验基础上，调整了液压管路走向，在一定程度上缓解了传统无源液压自动纠偏机固有的吸油难问题。加上采用我公司最新的防尘防浆抗老化密封装置，Ａ系列产品性能已经有很大的提高。但真正的彻底的改变，则应该应用我公司双液压回路技术。
