1、产品概述 长距离带式输送机要求配套采用张紧力动态可调的张紧装置:启动阶段满足胶带运输机的动态防滑要求,等速阶段降低张紧力以维持胶带机正常运行要求,同时有张紧力实时监控功能。煤矿井下长距离阻燃整芯胶带的伸长率是常规皮带的10倍,简单的绞车或重锤张紧等张紧装置受其张紧距离和张紧力的限制而难以适应特别是500米以上皮带的张紧要求。液压涨紧装置是根据皮带输送机运行特点和受力模型分析及大量实验数据开发的新型产品。它保证了皮带启动和运行中皮带对涨紧力和缓冲要求。

2、液压张紧装置功能及特点
2.1 本装置能够自动实现对胶带机提供启动张力和运行张力的张紧动作,以满足胶带启动时防止打滑及胶带正常运行对张紧力的不同要求。
2.2 液压张紧装置的液压张力缓冲装置能够被及时拉紧胶带机启动时的松边,改善了启动特性,减轻甚至消除其他张紧出现的波涌、打带现象。
2.3 本装置除了自动提供启动张紧力、运行张紧力外还可根据用户需要自动提供皮带停机张力,这样既节约了能耗,又延长了胶带使用寿命。
3.4 张紧装置可根据用户的实际拉紧行程需要在大行程范围内实现自动张紧,这样便能够适应伸长率大的整芯胶带机和长距离胶带机的张紧要求。
3.5 当停机或意外停电时,张紧装置能实现自动制动,此时仍能可靠地确保运输带处于张紧状态。
3.6 本装置配有可靠的张力监控系统,能对张力变化作出及时反应和调整。有效的防止了皮带机运行中的打滑现象。
3.7 本装置设有手动控制,便于胶带整机的维护。
