失重秤,是一种间断给料连续出料的称重设备,由于失量控制是在料斗中进行,可达到较高的控制精度,结构又易于密封,故在粉料控制时与用螺旋秤来相比是一大提高。适用于水泥、石灰粉、煤粉等微细物料的控制配料。
工作原理
根据称重斗中物料重量的减少速率来控制出料螺旋机或电振机,以达到定量给料
的目的,即失重秤.当称重斗的物料达到称重下限位置时,出料螺旋机则按照当时的转速固定出料量,同时控制料仓里的物料快速下到称重斗内,当装料到称重上限时停止装料,快速装料可以缩短进料时间,提高称重的准确度和控制精度。
产品描述
通过静态秤称量完整的给料系统(料仓、给料机和散状物料)及通过变速电机或电振机控制散关物料的卸料流量。物料(通过螺旋、振动管或槽)从系统卸下,将按每个单位时间(dv/dt)测量的“失重”与所需给料量(预设值)进行比较,实际(测量)的流量与期望的(预设)流量之间的差异会通过给料控制器发生纠正信号,该控制器能自动调节给料速度,从而在没有过程滞后的情况下保持精确的给料量。当料仓中测量的重量达到料仓低料位(重新加料)时,控制器将给料系统按容积给料进行控制,然后料仓快速重新装料(手动或自动),失重控制器重新动作。在批称量失重系统中,设计与连续失重系统相似,然而,给料(批量) 循环最终重量的精度要比实际的给料量控制更高。控制器通过向变速驱动器提供高给料信号以完成快速给料,然后转换到低给料控制信号用于在批量结束时精确控制。

★双组PID控制。一组用于粗调,目的是提高控制系统的响应速度,一组用于细调,目的是提高控制系统的精度。目前还没有其它同类仪表使用这种方式。由PID调节的原理,我们很容易知道,每一组PID参数只能适应一种工况。如果只有一组PID参数,肯定要先考虑控制系统精度。于是当目标量变化较大时,这组PID参数肯定会使系统要么较长时间才能稳定,要么波动较长时间。这种情况可能为:当目标量切换而且变化较大时,或者流量因物料突然缺料或多料而使流量变化较大时。例如,稳定土控制系统中,平时的目标总流量为 500T/h,在道路拐弯处总流量应改为250T/h,即目标值的变化为50%,如用双组PID控制,我们可以用粗调PID使系统快速调到目标量的90% 左右,再采用细调的PID使系统达到高精度和稳定。而单组PID调节只能实现其中之一的功能或者一两者的折中。
