JGC-30 type fully closed weighing coal feeder is an ideal equipment to realize the positive balance measurement of coal combustion before grinding or entering the furnace. It is also suitable for the continuous transportation and metering of scattered materials in other industries with high field environmental requirements, and can realize open-loop, closed-loop flow control and in-plant area network management according to users. Working principle: The material enters the feeder through the control gate. The conveyor belt inside the feeder carries the material to the lower level equipment continuously and uniformly. The electronic weighing device is installed under the conveyor belt. The gravity acts on the weighing sensor to produce a voltage signal proportional to the load of the belt into the integrator. At the same time, the integrator receives the pulse signal from the speed sensor, and obtains the instantaneous flow rate and accumulative amount by integrating the weight signal with the speed signal.
