PZXL型动态循环链码校验装置:
PZXL型动态循环链码校验装置是对安装在皮带输送机上的电子皮带秤进行动态校验的设备,广泛应用在电力、冶金、码头、建材、煤矿等使用电子皮带秤计量散状物料的场合。该装置可以实现对电子皮带秤精度的动态自动校验,通常用于校验准确度等级为(0.5)-(2.0)之间的各类电子皮带秤。
工作原理:
PZXL型动态循环链码校验装置安装在电子皮带秤现场附近,位于电子皮带秤秤体处的输送机上方,本装置能在带式输送机空载运转中,自动平稳地落放在皮带秤体上方的皮带上,由带式输送机拖动通过皮带秤的称量段,闭环的循环链码圈经装置机械传动,由带式输送机的拖动实现周而复始的循环运转,满足模拟输送物料的状态,以完成电子皮带秤准确度的动态校验。
设备组成:
◇方案一 当皮带秤与循环链码为一个项目时,其仪表、测速传感器可公用,以达到降低成本、提高可靠性并方便操作的目的。此时,循环链码主要由机架、标准链码、升降系统、电控系统等组成。
◇方案二 当循环链码为独立一个项目时,其主要由机架、标准链码、校验显示仪表、升降系统、测速传感器、电控系统等组成。
系统主要特点 :
◆ 链码随皮带同步运行,可近似模拟物料的输送特点,与实际运行状况的相似性,使得校验更直观可靠。
◆ 动态链码的收放或升降均由电控系统自动操作,根据用户需要,可设远方输出接点,供程控室远程校验。
◆ 校验过程中,校验仪表可显示标定值,并可将数据远传至集控室,以方便用户核校当前电子皮带秤计量的精度。
