系统组成:
威泰克公司ICS-17A(B)电子皮带秤主要由四部分组成:威泰克公司ICS-17A(B)型称重桥架(托辊可选),S型称重传感器,60-12C型测速传感器及测速滚筒,WTC2001/WTC3001型积算器。电源:220VAC ,50HZ功率:50W
称重桥架:
ICS-17A型称重桥架在双杠杆上装有四组托棍,采用两只拉式传感器中间支撑,外侧支撑采用无磨檫耳轴支点。有效克服偏载对精度的影响,这种封闭装置可以防震、防潮、防腐及防止物料堆积,因而在恶劣的环境中不发生使用刀口装置和轴承装置带来的问题。称重装置的主梁采用矩形钢管,这使整个称重桥架具有足够的刚性、较小的自重、外表积灰面积达到最低。
为了保证整个系统的稳定性,高精度电阻应变片式传感器安装于受拉部位,以减少非线性误差。
ICS-17B型称重桥架在单杠杆上装有两组托辊,采用两只拉式传感器支撑,适用给料距离较短的皮带输送机。
测速传感器:
威泰克公司ICS-14, ICS-17,ICS-20,ICS-30系列电子皮带秤标准配置均采用60-12C型测速传感器,它可以直接安装在尾部滚筒、测速滚筒或测速滚轮上,测速滚筒/滚轮安装在回程皮带的双表面,消除了皮带打滑造成的影响,该测速传感器为数字式无炭刷脉冲发生器,皮带运行时,测速传感器发出一系列速度脉冲,每一个脉冲代表皮带行程的一个单位长度,脉冲频率和皮带速度成正比。
测速传感器外壳材质为铸铝,能适用于露天工作环境。
交流脉冲发生器不需要调整或更换炭刷。
称重传感器:
