WTC100-C(C Level-100)称重式料位仪level meter

称重式连续料位测量,主要应用于钢结构支撑的料仓或料斗内固体、液体和浆状物料的连续料位测量。 安装方便,不受高温、粉尘、蒸汽、紊流、泡沫或腐蚀性物料的影响。
工作原理: 在料仓的钢结构支撑上安装应力传感器,当料仓内料位变化时,料仓钢结构支撑上的受力也相应变化。这种变化很小,但拉姆齐应力传感器能够精确的测量。通过对传感器信号的处理,就可得到准确的料位。
GZ-1应力传感器: 直接安装在料仓、料斗钢结构支撑上的应力传感器。外形为直径19mm的圆柱形,安装时在支撑上钻孔,然后用专用安装工具将GZ-1挤进孔内。

应力计算:
1.适用范围:有金属支撑体的料仓,还需计算应力
2.应力(Kg/cm2)计算:105 Kg/cm2 <应力<1000 Kg/cm2
(1)垂直结构应力法向应力=P/NxA
其中P=料斗物料总量;N=支腿总数;A=每个支腿的横截面积(cm2)
(2)水平结构应力切向应力=P/2xNxDxTW
其中P=料斗物料总量;N=支撑角板总数;D=工字钢高度(cm);TW =工字钢厚度
(3)围板支撑应力应力=P/πxDxST
其中P=料斗物料总量;D=直径(cm);ST=围板厚度(cm)
3. 传感器安装数量根据支撑型式和现场情况确定,但多个传感器可以使不均衡载荷得以平均,提高精度。
